Include if relevant
- Your device model and iOS or Android version.
- The Focus Pattern app version.
- What pattern, visual atmosphere, or sound texture was active.
- What you were trying to do and any error message shown.
- For purchase issues, whether you are trying to buy or restore access.
Purchase restore
If you bought lifetime access, open Focus Pattern, choose a locked item, and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
